This year, we will present several launchings such as the RDrive line. They are intelligent drives, high-performance IHMs, brushless motors and programmable controllers with CNC optional. We will also present the Exlar line of linear and rotating electro-mechanical actuators. The top-of-the-line is called Tritex II™ Series. This series offers up to 1,500 Watts of power, digital activation and positioning control in a single compact product. The actuators combine a brushless AC servo motor with a linear or rotating multi-fuse actuator mounted on a compact and totally sealed body for applications in any environment. With its included mechanics, the Tritex II™ series eliminates the use of ball fuses or other reduction mechanisms - all positioning and power controls are incorporated into the structure, offering a complete and compact solution. The Mayr line stands out with its Topstop brakes for vertical axles. This product offers greater safety and complies with ISO standard ISO13849-1. It maintains the safety of all vertical axles, even with the motor not installed, compatible with a large number of servo motors/interfaces used in the market and is easy to apply and retrofitting older systems.

Irewe will present any rotating-transfewr type semi automatic center for threading with CNC drive. It comes with a double spindle with a servo drive system that allows machining two parts simultaneously, increasing production speed of equipment and with the flexibility to work with several types of thread. It has a maximum thread capacity of 2” or M60 in aluminum. The OverDrill threading machine possesses good precision and repeatability, as well as a safety system with light curtain and an open door sensor for greater operator protection. We will showcase an automatic four-stage cold formed press for producing screws, pins, rivets, bolts and special pieces with steel wire diameters of up to 10 mm and up to 130 mm long with Schuster touchscrew command and integrated control of oppressing forces that attacked any breakage in tools or parts formed outside specifications. The press has a production capacity of 120 parts/minute (7,200 parts/hour), total category four safety protection according to NR12 , 30 mm extraction in the four hammers, transfers safety sensors, cutoff, cut out in the fourth stage, clutch with breaks and friction with instant stoppage.

Walter will introduce two innovative products: Af-Clean and Af-Weld.
AF-CLEAN is a water-based cleaning agent that leaves the surface without residue and a high-performance design for applications and preparation of services such as painting, coating, varnishes, labeling, surface gluing and much much more. It is compatible with all metals, plastics and rubber's. The main advantages of Af-Clean include: nonflammable, rapid evaporation, compatible with all types of materials, substitutes hazardous solvents. Used with the Air Force system, AF-Clean is a degreaser with complete evaporation, free of residue for preparing surfaces.
The system is safe, easy to apply and provides the operator a surface free of residue and ready to be worked. With the Air Force rechargeable bottle automatic system, the environmental impact is significantly minimized by the use of compressed air in substitution to propellant and elimination of the need to dispose empty antisplash aerosol cans.
To use the AF-Clean system and prepare surfaces free of residue, simply reload the reusable bottles. The Air Force recharging station is located directly at Walter. The product comes in packaging of 10 liters and 200-liter drums.

GSK Brazil will present at this year's edition of Mecânica 2012 the new CNC GSK 218MC series for high precision and speed machining centers.
